Standard CustomerCare

  • Support provided Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
  • 24 hour response time guaranteed.
  • Not available on New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day.
